These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Get Rimon (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By contacting me for work, booking a call, or engaging my services, you agree to the terms below.

Agreement to Terms

These terms apply to anyone who uses this website or engages my web development, WordPress, or AI automation services. Specific project terms — scope, timeline, and price — will be confirmed separately in a proposal or agreement before work begins.

Services

I provide web development, WordPress and Elementor builds, lead generation systems, AI and automation workflows, e-commerce setup, and website improvements. The exact deliverables for a project are defined in the proposal or quote shared with you before work starts.

Project Process

Projects typically follow an understand → identify → plan → build → improve process. Timelines depend on project scope and how quickly feedback and required materials (content, assets, access credentials) are provided.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed milestone schedule.
• Prices are quoted per project unless a recurring or retainer arrangement is agreed in writing.
• Late payments may pause active work until resolved.
• Templates and digital products (such as SheetFlow or Sheetify) are sold as-is; refund terms, if any, are stated at the point of purchase.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions, agreed upfront. Requests beyond the agreed scope — new features, pages, or major design changes — may be quoted separately and could affect the timeline.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered website, design, or custom code transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock imagery, fonts) remain subject to their own licenses.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party services — hosting providers, plugins, payment processors, or automation platforms (such as n8n, Make, or Zapier). I’m not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.

Warranties & Support

I aim to deliver functional, tested work, and will fix bugs directly resulting from my own work within an agreed support window after delivery. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, or support beyond that window is available separately by arrangement.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered website, tool, or automation — including lost revenue or data — beyond the amount paid for the relevant project.

Termination

Either party may end a project agreement with written notice. Work completed and expenses incurred up to that point remain payable, and any materials delivered up to that stage will be handed over.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site or ongoing services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
